Elon To be In Trump Cabinet? Verdict May Not Have Much Impact On Trump..

Happy Friday to all! Here are some news stories for you:

Recent polling shows the sham trial and a guilty verdict in NY won’t have much impact on Trump’s bid for the White House. With that being said, Trump cannot afford to lose any support if this is going to be a tight race. It is up to you and I to get to the polls come this fall to send a resounding message and put him back in the White House.

Elon Musk in the Trump cabinet? Apparently, the two have been in talks and talk often. The billionaires have been discussing ways to give Musk influence on issues like border security, which Mr. Musk has been vocal about, as well as the economy. I think for obvious reasons, there is the possibility of Musk being in an economic advisory role in the Trump Administration. What I found even more interesting is that Elon and billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, have pitched a data-driven project which concentrates on preventing voter fraud, to the former president. Does that mean Elon has doubts about free and fair elections?

Major donors rally behind Trump in light of conviction in sham trial. Hotel entrepreneur Robert Bigelow who has already supported Trump, having donated $9 million, plans to give an additional $5 million. Silicon Valley tech investor Shaun Maguire donated $300,000 to the 45th and 47th president, who admitted he drank the media Kool-Aid in 2016 and voted for Hillary, said he is prepared to lose friends but feels this is the most important election of his lifetime. SHOCKER! First quarter GDP report revised down, from an already weak 1.6% Are we surprised by this? It seems like every month now after the initial jobs report, a couple of weeks to a month later, the numbers are revised down. This time it is the GDP being revised downward from a measly 1.6% to 1.3%. Did Biden take a victory lap for 1.3% GDP as he did when the Down Jones hit 40,000?

Consumer spending, which is anywhere from 65-70% of our GDP, does remain strong despite higher inflation. No matter who is in office, people putting money into the economy is a good thing. Every time you spend money at a hair salon, an auto repair shop or a bar, you’re putting money into the economy and paying someone’s wage. Which in turn, helps them put money into the system by paying for goods and services. Sorry if I went a little to far with that but I am fascinated with economics, especially here in the U.S. Gets me all giddy.

Is the EU experiencing a conservative shift? According to a new survey, Europeans are growing weary of high taxes, open borders and high regulation. Take a look at the numbers below:

Citizens are increasingly concerned with government censorship. Here is a piece from the Breitbart article:

The survey found that 65 per cent of respondents in France were concerned about increasing government censorship, with 33 per cent strongly concerned. This was nearly mirrored in Italy, where 63 per cent were concerned over government censorship, including 32 per cent strongly agreeing with the statement: “I am more worried today than I was a decade ago about government censorship of my ideas.”

Wouldn’t that be great if we see a massive shift towards the right in Europe?
